If you're scrambling for something to make for that special someone, or hell maybe you just need some shuga for yourself, look no further. This popcorn treat is easy, inexpensive, and unfortunately.. ridiculously addicting. Just ask the ladies at Ambiance, we wolfed them down before the clock struck noon.

 

Let’s start with the obvious step, pop that popcorn. Once you’ve measured out 8 cups, put it in a bowl and set aside.

 

Next we want to melt the white chocolate. This can easily be done in a microwave or a double boiler. DON’T FORGET; if you are using a double boiler, white chocolate needs to be melted as slow as possible to avoid stiffening.

 

Next, pour melted white chocolate into the bowl of popcorn and mix until fully coated.

 

Once that is done, cover a baking sheet in wax or parchment paper and spread popcorn mixture evenly across sheet.

 

Now the fun part! Sprinkle with desired amount of sprinkles and a little bit of salt here and there. Next add those cute little essential V-day hearts and voile! Set pan aside for about 10 minutes until hardened and then break unto pieces and dig in!
