Items received back within 14 calendar days of original fulfillment date qualify for refund.

Items received back within 30 calendar days of original fulfillment date qualify for store credit or exchange.

We are unable to accept returns past 30 calendar days of original order date.
- All trunk show items are final sale.

Items returned must be unworn, unstained, unwashed, unaltered and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. Shoes must be in original, undamaged box.

No returns on swimwear and underwear. Socks must be returned unopened, in original packaging.
- Any item unable to be fulfilled by Ambiance will be refunded in total.

Ambiance reserves the right to deny credit at its sole discretion, if any item returned does not meet its return criteria.
- For Exchanges: we must receive the item (undamaged) from the shopper before shipping out the replacement.

- Please note that restocking fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund total. This only applies to standard returns. Exchanges and returns for store credit will not include the $8.00 restocking fee.
