Shipping and Returns Policies

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

DOMESTIC POLICY (Continental United States + Hawaii + Alaska)

 

THIS APPLIES TO WEBSITE ORDERS ONLY. NOT VALID FOR IN-STORE. 

  • Sale items are final sale. This includes promotions. No exceptions.

  • Items received back within 14 calendar days of original fulfillment date qualify for refund.

  • Items received back within 30 calendar days of original fulfillment date qualify for store credit or exchange. 

  • We are unable to accept returns past 30 calendar days of original order date.

  • Items returned must be unworn, unstained, unwashed, unaltered and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. Shoes must be in original, undamaged box.

  • No returns on swimwear and underwear. Socks must be returned unopened, in original packaging.

  • Any item unable to be fulfilled by Ambiance will be refunded in total. 
  • Cancelled orders will be refunded with an $8 cancellation fee. Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has already shipped - it will need to be submitted as a return at this point. 
  • Ambiance reserves the right to deny credit at its sole discretion, if any item returned does not meet its return criteria.

  • For Exchanges: we must receive the item (undamaged) from the shopper before shipping out the replacement.

  • Please note that restocking fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund total. This only applies to standard returns. Exchanges and returns for store credit will not include the $8.00 restocking fee. 

 

SHIPPING

 

  • All orders are shipped with insurance. All orders over $500 require direct signature upon delivery.

  • Should you request delivery without signature, you assume full liability for the package as soon as it is handed to the courier service.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. If package is refused or returned un-deliverable, all round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from credit or refund.

  • Orders $100 and over receive free shipping. All orders under $100 require standard shipping fees.
  • Options for Pick-Up apply for Paso Robles and SLO locations, we will send an email to notify you on when your order is ready for pick up in store.
  • Orders received before 3pm PST Monday - Friday will be shipped out same day. Orders received after 3pm PST on weekdays or during the weekend and holidays will not be shipped until the following business day.

 

INTERNATIONAL POLICY

 

  • All orders are shipped requiring direct signature upon delivery.

  • At this time, we are unable to accommodate returns on international orders. All sales are final.

  • All import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

  • Buyer assumes full liability for the package as soon as it is handed to the courier service.

  • If package is refused or returned un-deliverable, no refund or credit will be issued by Ambiance.
