We want you to love your purchase! If not, our return process is simple:

Within 60 Days of Delivery: Return new, unused items with tags and invoice for a full refund to the original payment method.

After 60 Days: Returns considered case-by-case for customer satisfaction.
Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags.

Footwear must be returned in its original, undamaged box.

Fine jewelry must be returned unworn within 14 days, with tags and original packaging.

Returns must include the original invoice.

A $14.95 prepaid shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or credit if requested, if a prepaid label was not added at original checkout.

Return labels expire 14 days from issue date.
Refunds

Processed within 3 business days of receipt.

Refunds go to original payment method. If unavailable, a check will be mailed within 7–10 business days.

Processing time may vary by financial institution.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. If package is delayed, refused, or returned un-deliverable, all round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from credit or refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost/stolen return packages. Use tracking and consider insurance for high-value items.
High Return Rate Policy
To ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of our return process, customers with a return rate of 75% or more within a 12-month period may become eligible for a modified return policy.

In such cases, refunds will be issued as store credit only for the 12 months following notification.
International Policy
All sales final. At this time, we are unable to accommodate returns on international orders. All orders are shipped requiring direct signature upon delivery. All import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. The buyer assumes full liability for the package as soon as it is handed to the courier service. If the package is refused or returned undeliverable, no refund or credit will be issued by Ambiance.
