Shipping policy

SHIPPING

  • All orders over $500 require signature upon delivery.
  • Should you request delivery without signature, you assume full liability for the package as soon as it is handed to the courier service.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. If package is refused or returned un-deliverable, all round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from credit or refund.
  • Free Shipping on orders over $250.
  • Options for pick-up apply for Paso Robles and SLO locations. We will send an email to notify you on when your order is ready for in-store pick-up.
  • Orders received before 3pm PST Monday - Friday will be shipped out same day. Orders received after 3pm PST on weekdays, during the weekend,  and holidays will not be shipped until the following business day.

  • For your convenience, a return label can be sent per your request for any merchandise that was not to your satisfaction.

    The return shipping fee of $14.95 will be deducted from your total return.

INTERNATIONAL POLICY

  • All orders are shipped requiring signature upon delivery.
  • We are unable to accommodate returns and/or exchanges on international orders. All sales are final.
  • All import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Buyer assumes full liability for the package as soon as it is handed to the courier service.
  • If package is refused or returned un-deliverable, no refund or credit will be issued by Ambiance.
